A prominent player in the Nigeria oil and gas industry, the company’s operations spread across the downstream value chain i.e. Haulage/Distribution and Retail Sales, Petroleum Product Storage. Ranoil limited deals primarily on Premium motor spirit (PMS), automotive gas oil (AGO) and dual purpose kerosene (DPK).

Job Summary

To design and implement strategic opportunities that will ensure the continued growth and profitability of the Commercial Sales & Aviation business and contribute to strengthening of Rainoil brand. 

Duties and Responsibilities of a commercial sales officer.

A commercial sales officer is expected to:

Exhibit a good relationship with business customers across all segments and organize customer engagements within environs.

Maintain customer retention and loyalty using available initiatives.

Conduct regular customer and business focused surveys to gather feedback and understand customer and business issues.

Ensure a successful implementation, management and organization of the Aviation & Commercial Sales unit.

Monitor Rainoil’s B2B customer touch points to ensure continuous customer loyalty and advocacy.

Understand and Develop Aviation & Commercial Sales report specifications through various Dashboards to assist the Management’s business decisions.

Engage in business development activities and manages existing relationships to build the bulk sales portfolio.

Design and develop topline strategic plans which can achieve volume and margin targets as well as to grow the aviation & commercial sales business

Implementation of activities within the Rainoil commercial sales & aviation business, including resource deployment and customer interactions

Preparation, submission, tracking and closing of quotations and proposals

Motivate and coach direct reports

Ensure proper and effective skills transfer between staffs

Qualifications Required for ranoil commercial sales officer

Applicants are expected to have a:

Minimum of 4 years’ or above experience in the Sales or Distribution department of a similar organization

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree/HND in a Social Science, Accounting, Finance or Engineering or related discipline
