Customer care specialist at booksource will be subjected to the following roles which includes:
Must be able to process educational orders and attend to the status of educational orders through completion because the volume of this orders tend to fluctuate daily.
Must be able to organize files owned to customers to avoid duplicates
Must be able to understand customer needs using tools and other resources
Must be able to work as a team and partner with all departments internally
Must be able to understand other activities in other departments to enable efficiency in function.
