Working as part of the Social Division Product Specialist team and reporting to the Head of Product Specialists, the Product Specialist is Meltwater’s subject matter expert on all things social, digital, & marketing analytics. You’re a collaborator and sales accelerator, working with our top performers in Client Acquisition and Client Success, and will help our Growth Executives and Account Executives steward customer relationships while providing strategic counsel on industry best practices, product use cases, competitive positioning, and thought leadership for all things social.
- Act as a resource for Growth Executives and Sales Executives to provide strategic direction, including guidance on relevant social media and digital strategy.
- Support Growth Executives with a solution-oriented approach to upsell the Meltwater Social suite of products to the existing customer base.
- Assist in the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for client meetings leveraging your industry and product knowledge.
- Clearly articulate Meltwater Social’s value proposition and value drivers, centered on the business problems we solve for our customers, to decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team across Client Acquisition, Client Success, Growth Executives, Product Specialists, Implementation, Professional Services, and Engineering.
- Represent Meltwater Social at industry and customer events.
- Stay knowledgeable and attuned to the ever-changing social and digital marketing and marketing technology space.
